As a Malibu local, I’ve been surfing these beaches my entire life. I was a competitive surfer for 6+ years and at the age of 18 was ranked top ten at NSSA Nationals. Now, I find happiness in sharing my expertise with people of all ages. Whether it be a private session at a secluded spot or a group session at the Malibu pier. If you need coaching, I’m your guy. Upon booking, I will assess your skill level and experience, as well as the tide, swell, and wind to make sure it’s the most ideal time to surf. I will provide a board and wetsuit for anybody that may need one. I always find the best spot to surf according to the tide and wind for the clients skill level. After suiting up we will head down to the beach, review your stance on the board and go over all the necessary safety precautions. Once you’re confident to head in the water, we’ll go catch our first waves!
